The Origin of Drew's Caramel Corn

Growing up, the best family gatherings were the ones when my grandfather would bring his signature homemade caramel corn. The caramel corn was so loved that it was typically devoured before the meal was even served. If I was lucky, I could sneak a bag of the delicious treat to the side for later.

Being obsessed with it’s rich and complex flavor, I begged my grandfather to let me in on the secret recipe and teach me how to make it. After over fifty sessions together in the kitchen learning his secret recipe and technique, I felt confident making the caramel corn on my own to share with my friends and co-workers. The response I always got was “can we get some more” and “this caramel corn is so good, you could sell it”. I have very smart friends, so I decided to take their advice and have brought this caramel corn to you! Still made in small batches with my grandfather’s original secret recipe, I know he would be proud that I’m doing my part to save the world from flavorless caramel corn.
